Are you ready to take on an exciting role in an international environment? We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Manager Paper Mills , Capital & Service Spain (md / f / d) to join our ANDRITZ Pulp & Paper team.

The location of the job is Spain, either in our office in San Sebastian or home office (Spain). Main customers are located in the North of Spain.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and service your assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Research and understand customers’ needs, addressing challenges with effective solutions from customer´s lifecycle perspective.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships by visiting customers and prospects, following up on leads, providing technical information, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Deliver and coordinate professional sales presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technical developments to effectively serve target markets.
  • Lead negotiations and contract conclusions with professionalism and precision.
  • Present ANDRITZ’s key safety figures to promote ANDRITZ safety culture and importance.
  • Present ANDRITZ’s Quality policy and measures to promote ANDRITZ high quality standards.
  • Engage in marketing and sales activities, fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Monitor customer, competitor, and supplier activities within your region to stay ahead.
  • Foster ONE ANDRITZ culture internally and externally.

What We’re Looking For

  • A technical university degree and / or a background in paper technology, or relevant professional experience in pulp and paper technology.
  • Background in Paper Machine operations, sales of products for paper machine (Clothing, doctoring, chemicals…) is highly appreciated
  • Strong command of Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both technical and commercial contexts.
  • Goal-oriented with strong decision-making abilities.
  • Good product and process knowledge, learning and adaptability attitude.
  • Resilient, flexible, and reliable with a proactive, analytical, and independent problem-solving approach.
  • Open to feedback, able to manage conflicts constructively, and skilled in teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
