Ensure alignment with quality requirements and that manufactured or procured products meet standards before progressing to the next phase of production or customer delivery (Verification / Checking). The role requires an in-depth understanding of key business drivers and how the work of the team integrates with other teams to contribute to overall objectives.

Competency Development & Resource Adequacy
- Develop training materials, plan, execute, and monitor classroom and practical trainings for NDT level 1 and 2 certifications in the plant. Ensure the plant is equipped with certified personnel for inspections.
- Track certification database and ensure only certified resources perform inspections.
Measurement And Inspection Methods
Reduce variation among NDT reviewers through periodic training and assessments.Lead / support the development of new NDT methods and tooling.Implement new inspection methods, geometrical verification, technologies, and corrective actions after engineering development.Quality Compliance
Plan and conduct NDT process audits, personnel reviews, and periodic data analysis.Monitor inspection effectiveness, support root cause analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Improve audit processes for efficiency and effectiveness.Perform RCA for recurring defects to enhance product quality.Operational Process And Support
Support plant NDT resources to eliminate rescanning (First Time Right scans).Monitor and sustain KPIs within the team.Establish baseline metrics for NDT activities and improve tools and equipment.Support technology projects and monitor performance and processes.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with experience in Quality.Certified UT Level 2 in conventional and advanced Phased Array (PAUT) methods as per ASNT SNT-TC-1A; UT Level 3 is a plus.Certified IR inspection method.Experience with composite materials (applications only).Significant manufacturing experience, preferably in blade manufacturing with UT inspections, and in aerospace / marine industries.International experience across Americas, Europe, India, and China.Knowledge of blade manufacturing, quality tools, systems, audits, Six Sigma, PFMEA, control plans, PPAP.Strong English skills (verbal and written).ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification and audit experience preferred.Additional Information
