TITLE OF THE POSITION OFFERED : Junior Cybersecurity Analyst.

TYPE OF CONTRACT : Fixed Term.

PROFESSIONAL CATEGORY : GROUP III. Technical Specialist (High school diploma, vocational training II or equivalent.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION : HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION QUALIFICATION, SECONDARY VOCATIONAL TRAINING OR EQUIVALENT.

WEEKLY DEDICATION : Part-time (30 hours / week). Monday to Friday from 9 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 00 p.m. and two days a week from 3 : 00 p.m. to 5 : 30 p.m.

GROSS ANNUAL REMUNERATION : The worker will receive a gross annual salary of €18.895,32 euros

PROJECT TITLE : R&D&I laboratory in Cybersecurity, Privacy and Secure Communications.

DURATION : The contract to be signed will be for a fixed term of 4 months from the date of signing, extendable depending on budget availability, but not exceeding the end date of the project .

TASKS TO BE CARRIED OUT :

At TRUST Lab, we are looking for two visionary students willing to lead the development of cybersecurity solutions for the next generation of telecommunications. Our commitment is to create a secure digital world and advance cutting-edge research, promoting collaborations across all sectors to build a robust digital ecosystem. Role and responsibilities :

  • Research and development : Participate in innovative projects that expand knowledge in cybersecurity, privacy, and secure communications, developing new applications and contributing to systematic and creative work that challenges established boundaries.
  • Technical implementation : Demonstrate your skills in advanced programming tasks, simulation execution, experiment setup, and critical problem solving to advance security technologies.
  • Collaboration and dissemination : Collaborate to facilitate knowledge transfer and promote research results through various channels, thereby increasing the impact of our innovations.
  • Areas of focus : You will work on critical issues such as next-generation mobile communications security, satellite communications, industrial security, blockchain, the Internet of Things, cyber diagnostics and ethical hacking, cryptography and quantum computing. Benefits and advantages :

HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION QUALIFICATION, SECONDARY VOCATIONAL TRAINING OR EQUIVALENT.

Specific Requirements

Academic qualifications : academic record will be taken into account (10%).

Specific training : Consideration will be given to candidates currently studying a degree in Telematics Engineering, Telecommunications Systems, Engineering and Data Science or similar. If you are currently working on your final year project, the topic should be related to cybersecurity, network security, privacy, blockchain, secure communications, other areas of focus or similar. (25%).

Languages : English, other languages may be considered (5%).

Other merits : programming skills, participation and results in cybersecurity hackathons or similar activities (20%).

Interview : The purpose of the interview is to comprehensively assess each candidate, paying special attention to their conceptual soundness, intrinsic motivation, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as their communication and collaboration skills and potential for growth. Each participant must justify their suitability for the position, highlighting the unique contribution they can offer to TRUST Lab and their affinity with the laboratory's objectives. The ability to learn and assimilate new technologies will be particularly valued in addition to adaptability, ethical commitment and a vocation for innovation (30%).
