We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Director to lead strategic marketing initiatives and oversee client relationships. This role requires a strong background in marketing leadership and a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives that drive brand growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns across ATL, BTL, Retail, and Trade Marketing channels.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, acting as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables, budget management, and timeline adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and retail operations, to develop integrated marketing solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to ensure team development and performance optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements :
