You will be part of a cross-functional and multiregional development organization utilizing a broad set of technologies and tools. As a Software Engineering Manager , you will lead a team of software engineers, SQA engineers, and ML engineers focused on the development, testing, and delivery of features within several internal applications, bringing a higher level of automation to the treatment planning process. Our main domain area is a Windows-based 3D CAD system written in C++ and Cloud services built around it.

As a Software Development Manager , you will have the following responsibilities :

  • Grow and manage the team of software engineers / SQA engineers / ML engineers with appropriate skills, attitudes, and motivation.
  • Plan delivery schedule for team scope within hybrid Agile / Waterfall delivery process.
  • Promote a "Quality first" mindset within your team and the whole organization.
  • Discuss and formalize functional requirements, negotiate technical and clinical risks with corresponding stakeholders from R&D and Clinical teams.
  • Establish and maintain an active feedback link with internal stakeholders from Operations.
  • Take a proactive role in communications with other technical teams.

  • AWS (Computing, Storages, Databases and Networking)
  • Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo)
  • Python
  • Redshift SQL, Power BI, Splunk
  • What We're Looking For

    In this role, you'll need …

    We Are Looking For Candidates With The Following Skills

  • Computer science or related education.
  • 2+ years of industry development (C++ / Python).
  • 3+ years leading SW Development teams.
  • Understanding of different development workflows (agile / waterfall / etc).
  • Understanding of software quality control practices.
  • Ability to communicate with multiple groups of stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate & partner with other development teams.
  • Ability to mentor and guide your employees towards professional growth.
  • Ability to delegate.
  • Readiness to dive into technical and clinical details of projects in progress.
  • The Following Skills Would Be a Plus

  • Mathematical knowledge : optimization, linear algebra, analytical geometry.
  • Experience in 3D computational software development.
  • Hands-on AWS experience.
  • Basic SQL querying skills.
