As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key player in helping global tech leaders expand their sales pipelines. Using our proven

  • you’ll identify and nurture potential leads, ensuring our clients connect with the right decision-makers.

Your Key Responsibilities

Sales Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential customers using various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with the client’s target audience.
  • Engage with decision-makers, fostering relationships to uncover business opportunities.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring leads progress effectively through the sales funnel.
  • Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve their sales outreach strategies.
  • Deliver regular reports and feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.
  • What We’re Looking For :

    Experience :

  • Proven experience in outbound lead generation , ideally in an agency setting as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.
  • Hands-on experience with sales engagement tools like Lemlist is a strong plus.
  • Previous client-facing responsibilities and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; more senior profiles are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Languages :

  • Native in Polish (mandatory) and proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in additional European languages (Spanish, French, German, Dutch) is a plus .
  • Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    Skills : Strong business communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

    Mindset : Proactive, results-driven, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

    Bonus Points

  • Tech Savvy : Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
  • Management Experience : Prior experience mentoring or managing team members is a plus.

    Work from home 2 days per week

    Intensive Fridays during the summer time (we leave at 15 : 30) + From June to September, on Wednesdays we leave at 17 : 00 to go play beach volleyball
