Job Description

Are you possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for customer service? Join us as a Customer Service Representative!

Your Daily Tasks Will Include :

  • Handling calls and emails from clients and dealerships.
  • Following up with customers until their inquiries are resolved.
  • Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to ensure satisfaction.
  • Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries.

What We Offer :

  • Permanent contract from day one.
  • Salary : €22,000-24,000 gross per year.
  • Up to 50% telecommuting after the training period (approximately 5-6 months).

  • Qualifications :

  • Fluent in German and possess a C1 level of English.
  • Preferably available full-time.
  • Work from our Barcelona office in a hybrid setup : 50% remote, with an initial 5-6 months on-site at Carrer de la Constitució, 2, Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona.
