DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As Proofpoint Systems Engineer, you will :

• Install, configure, and manage products which you will be dedicated to Proofpoint and Proofpoint product family.
• Testing new database technologies in the lab environment.
• Create, maintain, and ensure adherence to security policies, procedures, technical baselines, guidelines, and control standards.
• Implement database activity monitoring, sensitive data discovery, and vulnerability assessment modules.
• Collaborate with Client Information Security and project team members.
• Manage and work closely with BDMs and Sales & Product Specialist, and any other role within the partners.
• Working with the Marketing team and customers to create new value-added services or expand number of services and ensure all the service KPI’s.
• Present technical enablement activities, training, workshops, certifications & accreditations for key-assigned partner base, co-managing it with the assigned BDM
• Provide Technical Support to customers and partners.
• Perform Vendor’s Proof of Concept / Proof of Value, whenever needed.
• Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues.
• Enable partners for Proofpoint product family.
