Kinetica is proud to be partnered with a leading dental tech company who are rapidly growing at 300% YoY and are expanding in the Catalunya region, looking to hire a driven Sales Account Manager to identify new business opportunities, expand market presence and manage accounts.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by prospecting daily to identify new business opportunities.
developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
Understanding the unique value proposition and educate dental offices on the company.
Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders to drive product advocacy and brand awareness.
Provide product education, training, and support to dental professionals, dental assistants, and office staff to ensure optimal utilization and customer satisfaction.
with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to support sales initiatives, address customer needs, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Represent company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote brand visibility, network with key stakeholders, and generate leads.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM tools and systems.
Proven track record in Dental or Medical device sales
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Driving licence and car
Fluent in Spanish and with strong proficiency in English and Catalan.
