• You write high-quality, maintainable code while advocating for engineering best practices
• You help your team evolve by actively participating in the code review process, design discussions, team planning, and ticket / metric / COE reviews.
• You mentor other developers on technical best practices and system architecture
• You train new team members on system operations, security, and architectural context
• You conduct interviews to help build a strong engineering team
