Software Engineering Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for embedded FW development team members.
• Collaborate with global Software teams for development and leverage cross-site resources.
• Work with Program Management on planning, risk identification, contingency plans, and project resource allocation.
• Ensure products are completed on time and meet product specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Continuously improve SW development processes to develop superior software and maintain high-quality output.
• Motivate, discipline, and groom team members, providing a constructive environment for improvement of personal traits and technical skills.
• Ensure that software architecture and implementation are maintainable and extendible to accommodate future development and maintenance.
• Adhere to appropriate development and corporate methods and procedures.
• Hire, train, coach, and assess employee performance.
• Model ownership culture, compliance, and fair behavior.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance team members.
