We’re looking for a forward-thinking AI Consultant with a sharp eye for transformational opportunities and a proven ability to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that drive measurable value for clients.

This is a strategic consulting role — not a project management or team leadership position — focused on shaping bold AI initiatives and unlocking new value across key business areas.

Fluency in Spanish is required.

Requirements

• Process reengineering and application of generative AI
• Experience with generative AI models such as ChatGPT
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML)
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL
• Programming experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or R for developing custom solutions
• Experience using machine learning frameworks
• Implementation of cloud-based solutions
• Familiarity with contact center automation platforms (e.g., Genesys)
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps)
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Experience in consulting firms or end clients, reviewing and implementing AI to improve business processes
• Experience in developing / configuring AI models
• Experience implementing chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI-based automation solutions
• Experience working with large datasets and processing data for AI applications
• Experience in contact center–intensive industries (Insurance, Banking, Telecommunications, Energy, etc.)
