Overview

Based in Barcelona, you will engage with customers, channel partners, and their technical representatives to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Your mission is to align customer requirements with our innovative product portfolio, ensuring solutions that drive value and success.

What you will do :

• Engage with customers, channel partners, and their technical representatives to demonstrate solutions and understand their business needs throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop product / system proposals that deliver value and better margins through optimized solutions.
• Support sales and channel partners in delivering projects at customer locations.
• Scope software / hardware requirements and work with relevant teams to deliver solutions, maintaining high communication and managing milestones.
• Communicate actively with end-users and partners, aligning with commercial requirements from the sales development group.
• Assist the sales team and partners with product information, RFPs, and updates related to product launches.
• Provide technical support for sales exhibitions and events.
• Identify and pitch to new customers in key market segments.
• Create demonstration software / hardware documentation for sales teams.
• Evaluate new products / software, identify potential issues, and provide feedback to the Product Management team.
• Coordinate market intelligence to support opportunity development.
