We are looking for a German Content Moderator to join our dynamic team and help maintain the integrity of a major online platform. Whether you're experienced or just starting your professional journey, this full-time or part-time role offers you the chance to thrive in a multicultural and supportive environment!

Responsibilities :

  • Content Moderation : Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, and videos) to ensure it aligns with platform policies and community guidelines.
  • Policy Enforcement : Identify and escalate sensitive issues to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Quality Focus : Maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Trend Awareness : Stay updated on platform updates, moderation trends, and evolving guidelines.

Work Schedule Options :

Full-time (39h / week) : Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, evening) from Monday to Sunday, including 2 weekends per month (days off may be split during the week)

Qualifications :

  • Fluent in German : Native or near-native proficiency is essential.
  • Proficient in English : B2+ level for internal communication.
  • Attention to Detail : Ability to handle sensitive content carefully and maintain focus during shifts.
  • Adaptability : Comfortable working on a rotational schedule, including weekends.
  • No experience needed : Full training will be provided!
