The Growth Marketing Manager Plazo position is responsible for marketing and growth strategy for the Plazo project in Spain. To achieve sales and growth goals, keep the budget plan agreed with the CMO & Country Manager. Lead the local team and coordinate the strategy in SEO, PPC, Direct Marketing, Affiliates, and other strategic partnerships with the goal to secure growth plans.
Primary Responsibilities
Define strategy for company growth and sales targets per product (Plazo)
Negotiate with partners and potential partners that could help the company's growth
Analyze results with a business perspective, not only from a marketing point of view but also implications to related product and risk KPIs
The Growth Marketing Manager Plazo role for Spain is closely linked to sales. Achieving monthly sales goals is part of the daily responsibilities.
Create and prioritize tasks with Product and Risk teams to follow the strategic roadmap to achieve the company’s objectives.
