About The Role

Due to continuous growth, our Data & BI team is excited to welcome a motivated Data & BI Specialist to help us align data analysis with business goals to drive organizational success.

As a Data & BI Specialist , you'll play a vital role in design, planning, and management of all the BI needs in the company and be responsible for interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports and logical conclusions.

YOUR MISSION

As a DBI Specialist at Leadtech, you will :

• Design, planning, and management of all the BI needs in the company
• Definition and implementation of the reporting processes
• Go extra mile and add value to all reports
• Assist in business decision making
• Find innovative solutions to challenging problems
• Diagnose and debug issues in a production environment
• Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports and logical conclusions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions

You'll have the flexibility to choose whether you'd like to come to the office every day, from time to time, or work fully remote. We want you to find the best combination for you.
