You'll Be the Engine of Huspy’s Growth ️As an Ops Analyst, you’ll be part of the Operations & Supply team and play a key role in continuously improving business processes, defining data-driven operational strategies, and ensuring the scalability of the business.You’ll work closely with the Sales, Product, Data, and Marketing teams, focusing on increasing agent productivity and boosting the number of listings and sales.This is a role with direct business impact, real autonomy, and a steep learning curve.Process Optimization :

You’ll identify bottlenecks and design solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Analysis & Automation :

You’ll use tools like Excel, SQL, Airtable, or Tableau to build reports, spot trends, and support data-driven decisions.Productivity Strategy :

You’ll measure and analyze agent performance and develop action plans to improve it.Project Leadership :
