Senior Quality Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Manager to lead our quality management initiatives.

- Develop, implement and maintain quality policies, procedures and standards.
- Establish and track relevant quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for organizational processes and objectives.
- Continuously monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Analyze quality data, including KPIs, audit results and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with operations teams to understand their processes, identify challenges and propose improvements based on quality principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Quality Management System : Solid knowledge of quality management systems.KPI Definition and Monitoring : Experience in defining and monitoring quality KPIs.Data Analysis and Reporting : Ability to analyze data and generate reports.Continuous Improvement : Experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies.Lean Principles : Knowledge and application of Lean principles and Value Stream Mapping (VPS) tools.Communication and Collaboration : Excellent communication and training skills, ability to work collaboratively with different teams.Problem-Solving and Decision-Making : Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proactivity and Initiative : Proactivity and initiative to identify and lead improvements.Education :
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering or Business Administration.Master's degree in a related field is a plus.Experience :
Proven experience (typically 3-5+ years) in a Quality and Lean Management role, preferably within a logistics operations.Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and maintaining quality management systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001.Experience with Lean methodologies and Value Stream Mapping (VPS) implementation and facilitation.Track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.Experience in conducting internal and external audits.Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.About the Role :
