We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Data Governance Expert to join our Data Enablement Team within the Data Management Tribe . This team is responsible for building, defining, and deploying new Data platform governance capabilities to ensure compliance with policies and support all bank areas, following the 5 Rights principles : the right data, in the right place, at the right time, for the right people, and in the right way.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support new initiatives to meet ING's data framework requirements.
• Ensure availability of correct metadata to comply with policies, including classification, exchange, and definitions.
• Maintain data traceability according to defined minimum requirements, based on data criticality.
• Contribute as a key squad member, providing expertise on reference data and governance of standard values from a cross-user perspective.
• Collaborate with squads and technical teams to define new requirements and improve processes within the Data Management Framework.
