Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative - Google Ads Products

Join our dynamic team at TP in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting project with Digital Marketing Ads — a game-changing tool for businesses everywhere

Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline service to customers and route their calls to the appropriate department
  • Answer customer queries in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure all KPIs are met
  • Perform duties in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products

Requirements

  • Native level of Italian
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent customer focus and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • IT literate; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Good time management and telephone etiquette
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive with minimal supervision
  • Full-time contract (Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 to 18 : 00)
  • Salary : €18,978.62 gross / year
  • One week of initial training
