IT System Analyst

We are looking for a IT System Analyst.

He / She will :

Act as a delegate System Lead of Cloud Data Platform

Support on the creation and maintenance of lifecycle documentations according to GxP implementation of Data Platform

Coordinate with Cloud Operations team on topics related to Service Management ensuring SLAs

Ensure proper release management of Data Platform features and bug fixes are in place

Coordinate with DevOps team on various GxP testing requirements

Coordinate with Validation Manager IT GQC and IT CAB for all compliance requirements

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position with system lead role in a regulated environmentExperience with GxP and in regulated environments and medicine processes

Working knowledge experience on Cloud / Hybrid services. (Preferably AWS)

Experience in ITIL processes (Nice to have : ITIL certified)

Experience in Project Management best practices (Nice to have : PMP or Agile certified)

Excellent organizational skills verbal and nonverbal communications skills customer orientation and teamwork
