British American Tobacco Iberia has an exciting opportunity for a Digital CRM Executive in Madrid

We are looking for a CRM Executive to lead the activation agenda of our brands through CRM, leveraging data and insights to strengthen consumer engagement.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing analyses and reports that drive strategic decision-making, ensuring the effective execution of the CRM strategy across key touchpoints, including Salesforce, Mobile Apps, and Website / eCommerce. Your focus will be on translating business needs into actionable insights that enable direct and valuable communication with our consumers, ensuring that every interaction aligns with strategic objectives and contributes to strengthening engagement and brand loyalty

Your key responsibilities will include :

Brand Activation & CRM Development :

  • Lead brand activation through CRM, ensuring effective and personalized communication with consumers.
  • Manage CRM campaigns across key platforms (Salesforce, Mobile Apps, Website / eCommerce) to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing automation strategies to enhance personalization and relevance in interactions.
  • Ensure proper segmentation and activation of databases for targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Trade and Sales teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize CRM campaign and activation performance.

CRM Management & Performance Analysis :

  • Ensure the management and data quality within the CRM, ensuring consumer, order, and segmentation data are up-to-date and optimized, in collaboration with IT and specialized agencies.
  • Oversee the implementation of CRM system improvements and coordinate bulk data uploads when necessary.
  • Develop strategic dashboards and reports, analysing the impact of activations to provide actionable insights that optimize future initiatives.
  • Extract and analyse key data to improve segmentation and communication personalization, ensuring report accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • What are we looking for?

  • University Degree
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in a Data Analysis role.
  • Experience in managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Portuguese language is highly desirable
  • Team player.
  • Excellent Project Management
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Ability to learn how to use new technologies and tools quickly.
  • Knowledge of Mail Marketing, SEM, SEO, and digital & communication marketing features.
  • Self-starter, proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Great communication skills.
  • Marketing Cloud Certification is a big plus
