About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and implementation of category management initiatives across our mobile phone and PAD categories.

Responsibilities :

• Target Management : Set and achieve targets for mobile phone and PAD categories on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Product Management : Oversee product life cycle management, including introductory period, growth period, maturity period, and end-of-life period.
• Sales Management : Drive sales achievement for mobile phone and PAD categories, analyzing sales data and developing category trading strategies.
• Market Insight : Gather market intelligence, conduct competitor analysis, and develop hit plans to promote landing and optimize product retail strategies.
