Job Title : Systems Analyst / Business Systems Specialist

Objective

  • Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
  • Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
  • Create and implement precise management plans for each project, ensuring transparent communication at all levels.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively, communicating effectively and efficiently.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements continuously, maintaining systems processes.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements and documentation.
  • Conduct daily meetings to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
  • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers with supporting research and recommendations.

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field or project management working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • Business-level English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
  • French B2-C1 level (nice to have).
  • IT knowledge (nice to have).
