We open our doors to new talented recruits for the Recruitment department .

Are you looking to advance your professional career in a company with over 25 years of experience in HR Consulting?

With us, you will work on recruiting and selecting profiles across various sectors and positions at a national and international level.

We emphasize learning, support, and personalized follow-up .

If you are proactive, enjoy challenges, are people-oriented and results-driven, have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment, and want to learn and work with top consultants, we look forward to meeting you. Participate in our selection process.

Work Location

Barcelona, for an HR consulting firm specialized in recruitment / selection and consulting projects, with offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Santiago de Chile, and Dallas.

We are looking for

  • Active, enthusiastic, and dynamic individuals who enjoy personal interactions with previous experience in recruitment roles.
  • Language skills (English and / or others) and education in Psychology or related fields, plus postgraduate training are valued. Passion for people and a service vocation are qualities we highly appreciate.

Objective

Work for clients and candidates by facilitating the filling of strategic positions, enhancing their professional and personal lives.

Daily responsibilities

  • Vacancy detection and profile gathering.
  • Analysis and filtering of applications, conducting interviews.
  • If experience allows, managing complete recruitment processes.
  • Working in a team under a mentor’s supervision.
  • Being a role model and leaving a mark of professionalism and good practice.
