You’ll work in teams of typically 3–5 members, playing an active role in configuration, development, optimization and delivery Salesforce MK Cloud solutions to our clients, as well as validate and monitor the team's technical designs.

You will drive continuous interaction with the customer and business users, to gain an in-depth understanding business processes and / or technical data infrastructure to proactively identify any regulations that might impact solution delivery, such a compliance, data governance, and organizational mandate.

You will be based in Madrid or Barcelona and will be part of the Growth Tech on Salesforce (S4G Team) within the Growth, Marketing and Sales practice.

The Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics. The mission of this practice is to help clients achieve marketing-driven profit growth. Our clients benefit from our experience in core areas of marketing such as branding, customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, CLM pricing, and sales and channel management.

Throughout this journey, you will be working with cross-functional consultants on projects across all industries, developing impactful, unique solutions for our clients.

You will gain a wide range of experiences, working across a variety of industries / technologies / geographies on new projects every 4-6 months, and you will develop new professional skills under an accelerated pace of work.

  • Degree in computer science, engineering or other technical related field preferred
  • Development tools : XAMPP, Photoshop, Microsoft Word (Outlook emails)
  • Knowledge of Databases and SQL
  • Version control GIT
  • High knowledge and problem-solving capacity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Ecosystem
  • Autonomous, independent and self-taught person with a high capacity for teamwork and initiative
  • Passion for technology
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Spanish
