The Role

As a Senior Finance System Specialist focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development, you will optimize our ERP systems, administer and maintain MS Business Central, lead solution design, and ensure systems meet business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external vendors and business units, to refine processes and improve operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include daily system administration, translating business needs into custom solutions, and supporting system upgrades and user training.

What you'll do

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for optimal performance.
  • Design and implement customizations in BC to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams and vendors to refine processes.
  • Monitor system health and resolve issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security roles.
  • Coordinate system upgrades.
  • Provide user training and support.
  • Document system configurations and processes.
  • Stay current with BC, D365, and ERP best practices.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Experience as a BC Consultant or Developer.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in AL language and BC extensions.
  • Understanding of business processes.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Optional : Knowledge of ITIL, certifications in BC / D365, data analysis, and cloud services like Azure.
