About the Role :

We seek a Client Solutions Engineer to architect and deliver technical solutions while fostering strong client relationships. Combining technical expertise, sales acumen, and client-facing skills, you’ll advise senior leaders, identify challenges, propose tailored solutions, and lead implementations. You’ll also help shape Lumenalta’s offerings to support business development and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with senior stakeholders—managers, directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders—to translate business requirements into actionable technical strategies.
• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Use your technical knowledge to help position Lumenalta’s offerings, identify client needs, and contribute to project scoping and proposal development.
• Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring solutions perform as expected and drive business impact.
