IT Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to help keep our technology operations running efficiently.

  • Main Responsibilities :

Coordinate day-to-day IT operations, supporting users, managing system access, and ensuring smooth execution of routine IT tasks and initiatives.

Assist with managing IT service requests and tracking progress through ticketing systems.

Maintain IT operations documentation, including procedures, inventories, and knowledge base articles.

Help ensure compliance with company IT policies and best practices.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications :

  • Education : Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience : 1-2 years of experience in IT support or operations.
  • Skills : Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, familiarity with basic networking concepts, understanding of IT security best practices, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Languages : Should have C1 level proficiency in English.
