General information

Duration : 6 months

Commitment : Part-Time

Description : Tasks description :

  • To assist in organizing meetings, registration, agenda, minutes.
  • To help to organize face-to-face events.
  • To research international locations where to hold events.
  • To prepare documents for meetings and business trips.
  • To write and issue emails - to handle requests for information and data.
  • To resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
  • To identify the international audiences, create surveys, and monitor results.
  • To assist in the marketing area.
  • To write content for the website.
  • To help with membership registration.
  • To find ways to improve administrative processes.

Skills :

  • Ability to organize and plan.
  • Teamwork and leadership.
  • Being able to work and learn autonomously and simultaneously interact appropriately with others, cooperating and collaborating.
  • Perform related functions in the different functional areas of a company and institutions.
  • Apply instrumental techniques in the analysis and solution of business problems and in decision-making.
  • Correct oral and written expression.
  • Practice communication skills

  • Requirements :

  • Excellent written and oral English is required, knowledge of a second language is an asset- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills- Experience in administrative tasks- Good communication skills- Interest in the telecoms industry and fast-paced businesses- Ability to multi-task, work autonomously, remotely, and under pressure
