Exciting Opportunity for Native German Speakers in Customer Service!

What We Offer :

Permanent Contract : 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday, flexible hours between 8 : 00 and 20 : 00.
Competitive Salary : €20K gross annually, with growth opportunities.
Elite Training : Kick off your adventure with us! Enjoy 3 weeks of comprehensive training (9 : 00 - 18 : 00) to set you up for success.
Onsite Work in the Heart of Madrid : Located in Puerta de Toledo, with a hybrid model option after 6 months.
Training Start Date : 30 / 06 / 2025.

What We’re Looking For :

Native or Bilingual German Level.

Advanced English Skills (B2).

Customer Service Experience and a strong desire to work in a team.

Capability to Understand Customer Needs and Provide Effective Solutions.

Residence in Madrid or Willingness to Relocate to This Vibrant City.
