We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a key member, you will design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs, driving innovation and enhancing our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop scalable software solutions that meet business requirements and improve user experience.
Lead technical discussions and guide junior engineers on best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and QA to ensure successful feature delivery.
Perform code reviews to maintain code quality, maintainability, and performance.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects, implementing effective solutions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Minimum Requirements :

Proven experience as a software engineer with a strong background in software development methodologies; SaaS or startup experience is a plus.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of other languages, especially Spanish, is a plus.
