Asia's most awarded aesthetic spa - is looking for an experienced Supervisor for their aesthetic spa in Barcelona. The clinic offers high end facial and wellness treatments.

We are a successful aesthetic beauty spa based in Bali and Maldives for the last 8 years, including winner of Asia's best Medical Spa and Bali's best spa. We are now expanding to Barcelona and looking for a bright, enthusiastic, skilled Supervisor to join us for a full time position.

We are looking for proactive, enthusiastic Supervisor who have excellent sales and communication to explain treatments and provide a superior professional experience in service.

Develop and maintain spa operations in a professional manner, ensuring professionalism, service, staff satisfaction and development, and ensuring profitability. This must be achieved through the daily search for service and professionalism in the operation of the spa. Profitability must be achieved through efficient local sales, interaction with hotel management, guests, staff and other involved employees, and through cost control.

Role Responsibilities

All spa therapists and other personal employee at the spa

Spa operations are performed in accordance with Company Operating Procedures

Spa operations are profitable.

The services offered are of consistently high quality.

All spa staff are properly motivated and excited, both in treatments and customer service.

Cooperation with the hotel staff is professional and friendly.

Customer wishes / suggestions / complaints are dealt with efficiently.

Treatments are tailored to local needs, while maintaining quality standards.

All reports are completed accurately and on time.

All records are kept in accordance with company standards.

Ensuring risk assessments are written for all areas of the spa and for all procedures, along with associated safe operating procedures.

That any factor that negatively influences the operation of the spa is communicated to the Manager without delay.

Experience in therapy, massage, facial services, as a beauty, hairdresser, pedicure and manicure is a plus. Be willing to work like a therapist or a beauty when needed.

• Flexible schedule, days and hours
• Self motivated and goal driven
• Warm, friendly personality with clear communication in English and Spanish, other languages are a bonus.
• Experience in therapy, massage, facial services, as a beauty, hairdresser, pedicure and manicure is a plus

This is a full time permanent role and includes great benefits such as salary and bonus

Full training will be given.

This role is based in Barcelona for minimum 2 year contract.

Gross Salary per year is 28.000 € per year.
