We are currently recruiting for an exciting Norwegian speaking Technical Support Advisor in Malaga, Spain!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide 1st level IT support to client employees via phone, mail, chat, or self-service portal.
- Support clients' employees in operating user systems and peripheral devices.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting via phone or remote access; monitor IT requests in the ITSM system, including categorization and prioritization.
- Achieve first resolution rate using internal knowledge databases.
- Collaborate with 2nd level service teams and external providers.
REQUIREMENTS :
Fluency in Norwegian (C2 or high proficiency), with strong written and spoken skills, plus English fluency.Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support, preferably in large organizations.Good IT knowledge, especially of Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, and troubleshooting hardware / software.Analytical approach to complex issues.Experience with ITSM ticket systems (preferably ServiceNow).Knowledge of ITIL V4 processes is a plus.High customer service orientation and responsibility.Reliable, systematic work approach.Willingness to learn and develop technical and soft skills.Motivated to work in a global team.OFFER :
