What are we looking for?
We are incorporating a new INSUDER as a Finance Projects Analyst to join the Finance team.
The challenge!
- Lead and coordinate the monthly accounting close processes across departments, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements.
- Prepare and report economic-financial information to Senior Management, including performance reports and external reporting (e.g., Annual Accounts).
- Maintain ongoing coordination with Business Units to capture business operations and deliver insightful analytical information.
- Support in the preparation, review, and audit processes of Annual Accounts.
- Provide financial information to various internal stakeholders as required, aligning with corporate standards and guidelines.
- Co-lead initiatives from the Financial Center of Excellence (FCoE) to drive :
- Optimization of finance processes and operational efficiency.
- Standardization and digitalization of financial activities and reporting.
- Implementation of best practices in internal control, governance, and compliance across finance operations.
- Actively participate in finance transformation projects such as SAP S / 4HANA migrations, automation initiatives, and internal control improvements .
- Promote a strong internal control environment by designing, monitoring, and improving controls related to financial reporting and compliance
What do you need?
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.Solid experience in accounting, financial reporting, controlling, or audit (Big 4 experience highly valued).Minimum 4 years of professional experience , including hands-on involvement in finance-related projects and internal control frameworks .Strong understanding of IFRS and Spanish GAAP.Experience in Financial Statement Analysis and performance tracking.High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with risk assessment, control testing, and compliance in financial environments.Proven project management skills within the finance function.Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Strong business orientation and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels.Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset in a changing and demanding environment.Additional Information
MBA or further education in accounting, financial control, or process improvement is a plus.Experience with SAP FI-CO and SAP BPC is highly desirable.Knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and audit tools is a strong asset.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.Additional language skills are advantageous.Our benefits!
