Job Description
- Analyze requirements and design functional solutions for projects.
- Estimate effort and collaborate with team members and clients to achieve project goals.
- Analyze and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with technology providers as needed.
- Validate solutions against functional requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Omega's quality standards.
- Document functional specifications for completed projects.
- Share knowledge within Omega's community of practice.
Required Experience
At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting.Experience with Field Service is a plus.Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, and Community.Experience working with Agile methodologies.Skills
