We are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to take these initiatives even further.
This is not a sales or traditional account management role.

This role will allow you to lead projects end-to-end , from ideation through execution, and make a measurable impact.
Your Responsibilities Business & Strategy Lead the strategic development of new and existing event brands : define vision, brand identity, revenue models, and growth opportunities Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify untapped opportunities and whitespace Develop clear go-to-market and content strategies for new events Partnerships & Ecosystem Building Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders : partners, thought leaders, communities, and content contributors Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders—aligning event content and structure with mutual value and long-term goals End-to-End Project Ownership Own the full life cycle of each event : from budgeting and planning to execution and performance measurement Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, content, sponsorship) to ensure excellence in delivery Oversee brand messaging, audience engagement, and program curation Thought Leadership & Impact Act as an internal ambassador for innovation and strategy within Kenes Represent the company externally—at industry events, community meetups, or partner forums Contribute to shaping the future of Kenes Original Events through continuous learning and experimentation What You Bring
