What You Will Do On a Daily Basis :

Interact face-to-face with customers to process products such as money transfers, money orders, foreign currency exchange,

Verify or enter customer information accurately into our systems,

Assist customers with inquiries about services, cancellations, or other locations,

Identify and address problems or complaints, proposing solutions or escalating as needed,

Stay updated on Ria’s products, services, and policies,

Balance your cash register and prepare cash deposits,

Maintain daily transaction records,

Perform additional duties as assigned by colleagues or superiors.

What We Are Looking For :

Flexibility to work on weekends and varied schedules,

Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel,

Cash handling experience is preferred,

Strong customer service skills,

A valid work permit is required.

Your positive attitude and effective communication skills are essential for working with team members and delivering outstanding customer service.
