Job Summary :

We are seeking a RAN Integration Consultant with experience in Ericsson technologies to advise and lead projects focused on mobile network integration, commissioning, and optimization. This role combines technical expertise in network integration with a consultative approach to problem-solving, providing solutions, and enhancing mobile network performance in multi-vendor environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advise clients on best practices for integrating and optimizing mobile networks in multi-vendor environments.
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of RAN solutions for Nokia and / or Ericsson equipment.
• Provide advanced technical support to field teams during integration and troubleshooting.
• Design optimization strategies to ensure maximum performance of implemented networks.
• Oversee the remote provisioning of network elements and features.
• Conduct testing and validation of pilot solutions prior to full-scale implementation.
• Ensure proper creation and resolution of tickets related to network incidents.
• Ensure updates, swaps, and other site integrations are completed on time and in line with project specifications.
