The project
As an SAP HR Consultant, you will support the evolution and continuous improvement of our HR systems. Working closely with HR and IT teams, you’ll ensure that our tools and processes are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs. Your expertise will be key to delivering solutions that enhance both employee experience and operational performance.
What will the role entail?
Incident Management & Support :
- Lead the resolution of incidents and support tickets related to SAP ECC HR and SuccessFactors, coordinating with our external technology partner to ensure SLAs are met.
- Provide first and second-level functional and technical support to HR department users, answering questions and optimizing their system experience.
Process Analysis & Improvement :
Analyze and deeply understand HR business processes (e.g., payroll, personnel administration, talent management) to propose improvements and ensure our technology aligns with departmental needs.Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using existing tools or new functionalities.HR Technology Projects :
Manage and actively participate in HR technology projects, from requirements gathering, planning, and tracking through to implementation and change management.Collaborate on defining the technology roadmap for the Human Resources area.Documentation & Training :
Create and maintain updated functional, technical, and user documentation (e.g., manuals, quick guides).Train end-users on the functionalities of our HR systems, for both existing and newly implemented features.What do we offer?

Demonstrable experience as an SAP HR Consultant or HR Systems Analyst.Technical Skills : Experience with Successfactors Employee Central, Time Management and / or SAP ECC Human Resources.Project Management : Experience managing or participating in small to medium-sized technology projects.Knowledge of Spanish payroll localization concepts.Experience in requirements gathering and writing functional design specifications.English level B2-C1.Highly organized, methodical, and with great attention to detail.The legal entity responsible for this hire will be AWWGROUP S.L.
