Groups Agent - Malaga

We are looking for a Groups Agent to reinforce our team in Malaga. As a Groups Agent , you will be responsible for coordinating groups / events, as well as organizing and following up on events.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and create tailor-made offers.
• Create standard pricing tables for excursions and transfers.
• Prepare and send detailed proposals and PowerPoint presentations to clients.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers.
• Secure and book accommodation, transportation, venues, activities, etc.
• Provide detailed and clear reports prior to the start of events, ensuring that everyone involved has the necessary information.
• Organize and implement tour groups, incentives, meetings, and events.
• Follow up on events before, during, and after with the client directly.
• Establish contact with travel agencies, OTAs, etc.
