Systems Administrator for Satellite Control Centers

What challenge will you be taking on?

At GMV, we work on development and maintenance of advanced satellite control systems , combining cutting-edge technology with an agile, collaborative, and continuous improvement approach. We are a dynamic, motivated team always seeking new ideas to innovate in our sector.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Analyze infrastructure needs with a focus on security.
  • Manage hardware, software, and network components within our operational scope.
  • Select, update, and verify infrastructure, DevOps systems, and tools.
  • Ensure the availability and evolution of physical and virtualized environments (Proxmox and VMware).
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions (Ansible or Puppet).
  • Manage CI / CD tools and artifact provisioning : Nexus, Terraform, GitLab, among others.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in System Administration and DevOps.

What do we need in our team?

We are expanding our platform team and are looking for System Administrators with experience, initiative, and motivation to manage and optimize our infrastructures and processes.

To be successful in this role, you should have :

  • Experience in infrastructure and DevOps tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of automation systems and CI / CD tools.
  • Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and lead technical initiatives.
  • Proficiency in English.
