Head of Quality at Savana

Responsibilities include :

• Managing and coordinating the Quality Department.
• Maintaining and adapting the Quality Management System to meet Savana's needs, aligned with applicable standards.
• Ensuring team members maintain their skills and achieve quality objectives.
• Identifying quality requirements across technological, clinical, and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Supervising quality levels, controls, and effectiveness of measures.
• Liaising with senior management on quality matters, metrics, risk reporting, and audits.
• Training and raising awareness on Quality Management System principles.
• Executing internal and external audit plans.
• Supporting ISO certifications, including ISO27001, from a Quality perspective.
• Conducting root cause analyses and supporting departments with CAPAs.
• Participating as a core member of the Security Committee, providing quality input.
