We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position :
Summary :
Seeking a strong project manager for a critical multi-year payroll project planned within the HR Operations organization. The Project Manager will lead the implementation of payroll solutions for LATAM region. This multi-year, multi-million-dollar project requires exceptional project management and leadership skills to ensure a successful transition to a new vendor provider.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation of new payroll solutions for all Latin America countries.
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams involving HR Operations, Technology, Comp & Ben, Treasury, and accounting teams.
- Guide and direct with Payroll Country Operations SMEs during implementation.
- Oversee all project phases, including design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hyper-care.
- Coordinate with technology teams to develop integration solutions and manage data between Workday HCM and vendor systems.
- Operate under the Project Management Office (PMO) and established governance structures.
- Partner with the vendor’s implementation and account teams to drive joint success.
- Manage change effectively by engaging key stakeholders, including Country HR, Regional HR, and Finance Directors and their teams.
- Manage aggressive timelines and budgets to achieve project milestones.
- Report and manage the RAID Log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
- Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Human Resources.Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese language.5+ years of operational experience managing projects.Preferred Qualifications :
Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex projects; previous payroll implementation projects are preferred.Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese language is preferred.Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Prior work experience with any payroll providers is an advantage.J-18808-Ljbffr
