Position Overview
As a Technical Onboarding Specialist for Customer Technical Success in the Design & Manufacturing (D&M) industry at Autodesk, you will serve as a deployment coordinator, demonstrating technical and program governance capabilities. Your role involves designing, building, and maintaining strategic FastTrack Onboarding services, providing technical deployment guidance and best practices to help customers adopt Autodesk Design & Manufacturing Solutions. You will support discovery and delivery of onboarding sessions, establish relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams, and use Autodesk Technology to help customers overcome barriers and accelerate their business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in Autodesk D&M solutions and provide technical guidance to help customers adopt Autodesk technology and achieve business outcomes.
- Design, build, and maintain the Fast Track Onboarding service catalog to enhance customer success and product adoption.
- Support customer discovery and assist in delivering onboarding sessions to reduce deployment time and increase product usage.
- Create and deliver digital content for end-users via various session formats, ensuring quality and effectiveness in solving customer challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive deployment efforts and maintain strong customer relationships for seamless onboarding support.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design & Manufacturing, or related fields.Advanced knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, Product Design & Manufacturing workflows.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or Manufacturing Engineering.Proficient in Autodesk Inventor, Fusion, and / or Vault in a production environment.Knowledge of Autodesk Platform Solutions is a plus.Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple projects with appropriate prioritization.Strong relationship-building skills with commercial customers.Excellent communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly.Strong content creation skills for internal and customer-facing audiences.Additional Information
