We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Engineer, you will provide technical expertise, support, and guidance to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing effective solutions. You will also play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by offering technical support throughout the sales process. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and demonstrate the value of our products or services. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify, qualify, and engage potential customers from discovery to deal closure.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations highlighting our products' features, benefits, and value.
  • Understand customer needs and business challenges to develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the pre-sales phase, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, solution designs, and specifications aligned with customer needs and industry standards.
  • Work with product development teams to provide feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and stay updated on product releases.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept activities to demonstrate solution feasibility and effectiveness, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to position our offerings effectively.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, engaging with potential clients.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Network, Security, or Pre-Sales Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role within the information security industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with customers, understanding their needs for tailored solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with innovative thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required.
