We are seeking a candidate with strong coordination and project management skills. Ideally, applicants should have a background in Technical Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance, along with project management expertise. The person we are looking for should demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and take a proactive approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage global and local Product Life Cycle initiatives end-to-end in the regions EU, CIS, SEE, and Emerging markets.
- Serve as the representative of Technical Operations in early life cycle projects, ensuring seamless coordination from ideation to launch phases. Provide critical support in defining and developing supply chain strategies for new products, aligning operational capabilities with market demands.
- Collaborate closely with product development teams to create detailed COGS calculations and roadmaps to optimize cost structures and align with business objectives.
- Actively contribute to the success of emerging markets by supporting their rollout strategies, ensuring tailored approaches to meet regional requirements.
- Ensure effective information flow and coordination among all internal and external stakeholders such as External Supply (ESO), Global Operations, Tech Transfer, Portfolio Management, Product Development, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, Finance, and Commercial throughout the process.
- Guarantee transparent information exchange and adherence to project timelines.
- Identify risks and develop scenarios to ensure successful implementation of our Life Cycle Strategy Initiatives, focusing on timelines and costs.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business Administration or Economics (or comparable), preferably with a pharmaceutical background or relevant discipline.At least 3-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Excellent understanding of business operations and processes.Experience leading diverse teams without direct authority in a dynamic and international environment.Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders.Self-driven, with the ability to think, act, and initiate in operational, tactical, and strategic contexts.Familiarity with current pharmaceutical regulations.Strong project and process management skills.Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.We look forward to receiving your application through our job portal.
