Responsibilities :

  • Set the strategic direction of Compliance and lead Sonova’s Compliance Team.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Compliance governance structure / program.
  • Serve as an expert advisor to the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer and the Management Board.
  • Liaise with legal and regulatory bodies on compliance-related issues.
  • Carry out periodic evaluations of compliance and monitoring programs.
  • Author, roll-out, and manage the Code of Conduct and key compliance policies.
  • Lead SpeakUp activities and head the investigation process.
  • Provide training on compliance risks to employees and management.

Your profile :

  • University degree in Law
  • Certification in Compliance & Certification in Investigations
  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in-house or in a law firm
  • Evidence of achievement in global complex projects (multinational, listed company within a regulated sector, e.g. healthcare and technology) and in a fast-growing environment
  • Practised in working with external regulators, governments and trade associations
  • Inter-disciplinary team leading
  • Proven leadership and people management experience in similar roles
  • Pragmatic and emotionally intelligent individual, with a high level of personal authority, integrity and credibility.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
