Descripción del trabajoJob Description : We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for taking ownership of data visualizations, analysis, and insights.The ideal candidate will be a driven, passionate, self-starter who can develop innovative and effective approaches to solve critical business and data challenges.Key Responsibilities : Gaining an understanding of core databases (SQL Server, Redshift, and Azure) and the data available- Supporting other team members and 3rd party developers in building data platform solutions- Gathering reporting requirements from internal stakeholders and building reports and dashboards in Excel, Superset, and Power BI- Translating raw customer data into actionable insights and recommendations Requirements : We are looking for a candidate with fluent English and Spanish language skills, effective communication skills, and proven ability in using statistical analysis and exploratory modeling to identify trends. Ideal Candidate : A Bachelor's degree or equivalent training related to a data field is required. At least 3 years' experience in similar roles is preferred, along with experience as a team lead.
