About the Opportunity : We are creating a pool of Training and Capacity Building Specialists (Health Workforce Modelling) for a new FWC Contract : EC-SG REFORM / 2025 / OP / 0001 : Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver training modules (2 days each) for at least 50 public sector staff in health workforce modelling.
• Develop capacity-building tools for national and regional health authorities.
• Design training materials on data analysis, projection methods, and planning tools.
• Evaluate training impact and incorporate feedback into follow-up sessions.
